When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply click on the relevant 'add to cart' text. doing this will add the item to your online shopping cart and you will be shown the contents of your cart. to purchase more items select the button 'continue shopping'.

Paying for the goods in your cart

When you have finished browsing the site and you decide to pay for your goods you should (if you are not already) view your cart by clicking the 'View Cart' button located near the top-right of every page in the website.

Once in the cart, confirm the item quantities and click 'recalculate' if you have changed a quantity for the shopping cart to display the correct total. Then click 'Go to Payments'

**Please be aware due to the nature of the products the delivery prices can vary. The price shown in the cart is the most likely charge but may not be correct on some occasions. If their is an error we will contact you as soon as possible notifying you.

Paying

**NOTE** We will only ship to the address your card is registered to. If any details supplied are not identical to those your bank has on record, the order will be declined.

You are required to supply your contact details and payment method before being directed to the secure payments section.

• If you opted to pay via Paypal then you will be directed to the Paypal website where you will be directed how to complete payment. Payments by Paypal will receive a confirmation email by Paypal.

You should then receive your products shortly (some items may take upto 7 working days if they need to be manufactured).

Whenever possible we recommend collection of goods due to the fragile nature of the products. If you wish for the goods to be posted to you we may need to consult our courier to confirm the delivery price but as standard our couriers rates used on this website

**Please note:
In order to keep shipping costs down it is necessary to cut each length of cornice in half, to just under 1.5m, as no courier will take parcels over 1.5m in length, or over 3m in girth.
Where dado or panel is over 1.5m these will also be reduced in size, but when patterned, will always be cut in a place easy to joint when fixing.
